PARENT & ME SWIM LESSONS

INTERMEDIATE SWIM LESSONS

Intermediate Swim Lessons help swimmers build on their beginner swimming and water safety skills, and introduce them to individual stroke techniques. Swimmers in this level will become proficient intermediate swimmers.

Dolphins Level 6 & 7 (School Age)

Dolphin Levels 6 & 7 Swim Lessons build on the intermediate stroke techniques taught in Starfish Level 5, helping swimmers increase their swimming ability, and water safety skills.

Ages: 5 years old +

Your child will learn:

Beginner Freestyle techniques
Rollover breathing
Frog kicks
How to swim 5 feet independently

Prerequisites: Guppies Level 3

Schedule: one 30 minute class per week

Tuition:

Group Lessons: ₦ 70,000 (8 lessons)

Private Lessons: ₦ 19,000 per lesson

Sharks Level 8 (School Age)

Sharks Level 8 Swim Lessons builds on the stroke techniques taught in Levels 1-7, and prepares swimmers our Swim Team.

Ages: 5 years old +

Your Child will learn:

Advanced Breaststroke skills
Advanced Freestyle techniques
Advanced Individual Medley techniques
Begin integrating training techniques with stroke work

Prerequisites: Dolphins Level 7

Schedule: one 30 minute class per week

Tuition:

Swim Team

Swimmers invited to our Swim Team will further develop their swimming skills, as well as their mental and physical endurance.

Our Swim Team is ideal for confident, technically advanced swimmers who are are ready to pursue swimming as a competitive sport.
