What types of payment do you accept?


We accept Bank Transfers, Card Payments via POS and cash.




What is your refund policy?


No refunds or forward credits will be given once a slot has been booked and paid for (i.e. we cannot refund, or credit lessons missed).





What happens if Dolphin Swim School cancels swim lessons?​


We do not count the class for you. You will continue your classes as at the
last count. (i.e. If you we cancel Lesson 3, you will have another Lesson 3.)




What are your make up lesson guidelines?


Make up lessons are allowed but only ONE lesson per term as this is disruptive to our regular swimmers. If in the case, a doctor certifies that the child is not able to swim for more than two consecutive lessons, we will try and do our best to accomodate makeup lessons, but please note we are not under any obligation to do so.




Do I need to call if we miss a class due to an illness or if we're running late?


We understand families experience unexpected delays and that children sometimes get sick in the middle of the day. Lessons start and end on time and cannot be extended, however, please send an email in the Parent Portal if you miss a class.
