PARENT & ME SWIM LESSONS

SCHOOL AGE SWIM LESSONS

School Age Swim Lessons are specifically designed for school age swimmers of all abilities. Swimmers in this level will master introductory water safety skills and beginner stroke techniques.

Goldfish Level 1 & 2 (School Age)

Goldfish Level 1 & 2 Swim Lessons are designed for school age swimmers with no prior swimming experience. Swimmers will learn beginner water safety and swim techniques.

Swimmers must be able to participate without the assistance of a parent or caregiver and will be placed in a class with children of similar ages.

Ages: 6 years old +

Your Child will learn:

Gentle water submersion techniques
Beginner breath control exercises
How to swim 3 feet independently
How to float on their back

Schedule: one 30 minute class per week

Prerequisites: None

Tuition:

Group Lessons: ₦ 70,000 (8 lessons)

Private Lessons: ₦ 19,000 per lesson

Goldfish Level 3 (School Age)

Goldfish Level 3 Swim Lessons build on the skills swimmers have gained in Guppies Levels 1 & 2, learning intermediate water safety and introductory swimming skills.

Ages: 6 years old +

Your Child will learn:

Proper breath control when underwater
Advanced buoyancy techniques
How to rollover and float (or swim) in the event of a fall.

Prerequisites: Guppies Level 2

Schedule: one 30 minute class per week

Group Lessons: ₦ 70,000 (8 lessons)

Private Lessons: ₦ 19,000 per lesson

Tuition:

Starfish Level 4 (School Age)

Starfish Level 4 Swim Lessons build on a swimmers foundational swimming and water safety skills, and introduces them to beginner stroke techniques.

Ages: 7 years old +

Your child will learn:

Beginner Freestyle techniques
Rollover breathing
Frog kicks
How to swim 5 feet independently

Prerequisites: Guppies Level 3

Schedule: one 30 minute class per week

Tuition:

Private Lessons: ₦ 19,000 per lesson

Starfish Level 5 (School Age)

Starfish Level 5 Swim Lessons introduces swimmers who have mastered beginner swimming strokes to intermediate stroke techniques.

This level is ideal for swimmers interested in pursuing swimming as a sport.
